Elaboration: Once obtained the red wine-must after a short maceration on the peelings, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18°C.
Tasting notes: Wine with bright aspect, pink-strawberry colour and intense fruity notes. Fresh entry and pleasant through the mouth. Rich flavours aftertaste. Very harmonious and well-balanced.
