Winemaking: Most and peels maceration for 12 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C.
Tasting notes: Bright aspect. Red cherry in colour. It has an intense forest fruit aroma. Wide through the mouth showing broad flavours. Well balanced, pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
